Provides individual books, pamphlets and periodicals extra protection while waiting for repairs & processing.

Two individual tan corrugated boards with cotton tying tape. Heavyweight (250lbs. Test) acid/lignin-free, buffered (pH 8.5) corrugated board with rounded corners holds books together & provides additional protection when stored on book trucks, shelving or in boxes. Use the cotton tying tape (included, each strand is measured to fit a 3 in. thick book) to keep sandwich together.  (4-way rubber band no longer available as seen in the image, it has been replaced with cotton typing tape.)  If more cotton typing tape (TT5) is needed, it can be purchased separately.

Sold 3 sets per package.  Each package consists of 6 boards and 6 pieces of tying tape.

Note: Also suitable as backing boards to support magazines, newspaper & loose papers for long term storage.
